School for Startups, supported by the Romanian Post Privatization Foundation and with the help of more than a dozen sponsors, is delivering a year long series of online events and face to face bootcamps designed to create and strengthen several hundred startups and small businesses, and provide entrepreneurship training to students, instructors and researchers at Romanian universities.
This curriculum covers how to build a profitable business model, how to market products and services locally, nationally and globally both cost effectively and fast, how to make a business scalable so it is suited for outside investment, how to find pitch and close investors, how to sell and more. University awareness and motivational programs introduce academics to the entrepreneur mindset and provides access to reference materials and online guides to help them start exploring entrepreneurship as a profession.
School for Startups has several International Economic Development Programmes currently in active development, including multi-target courses & events slated for Wales and Columbia.
