One year ago, Rich Martell, a 21-year-old computer science student at UCL, was supposed to be revising for his final year exams. Only, with so many willowy girls draping themselves about the university library, he and his rugby friends found their concentration wandering. In a spare evening, Martell decided to write a program to make the flirtation process more efficient.
