After all the doom and gloom of 2010, I think most of us are really looking forward to 2011. While the regional economy won’t be any less challenging in 2011, we can’t stop finding ways to innovate and grow our businesses.
As former BBC Dragon Doug Richard once told me: “You can’t cut your way to Heaven”. Cutting costs and seeking efficiencies can only get you so far before you need to start investing time and resources in building a way forward.
