Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this great site, good work team.
I have a new product which i know will sell very well in the USA, venturing into that part of the world will be a huge hill to climb, a hill my business is unable to climb at present. I feel that if the right deal was there, licensing it would be the easiest option from my side and keep the brand alive in the USA whilst still earning revenue for the company, allowing me to concentrate on getting the brand and product in to the European and Australasian markets. I have no previous experience in negotiating license deals with large American companies, where do you start?
